We are very sorry to hear that Mr. and Mrs.Trump were tested positive of Covid-19 yesterday. It would be terrible news for anyone but it is a lot worse for seniors like Mr. Trump.  According statistics, people more than 70 years are much more likely to develop severe symptoms after they contracted this virus. We pray for him and his wife and hope they will get better very soon.

On the internet, we saw some very disturbing comments by some Chinese regarding to Mr. Trump’s test result. Some would actually describe it as something worth celebrating for. That is purely mean and evil. No one deserves this, not even the leader of the country that we are currently having some serious political conflicts with. These people don’t represent the majority in China. Most Chinese people are kind, compassionate and smart enough to tell the difference between conflict and hatred.
