1. How long have you been in aluminum window and doors manufacturing business?

We have been manufacturing aluminum windows and doors since 2009. And we started exporting to oversea directly in 2012.

2. How big is your factory and production team?

Our factory covers an area of 4,000 SQM, including 3,000 SQM for workshop and 1,000 SQM for finished products. Our production team is around 50 staff,and with office workers around 10.

3. What is your full production capability?

We usually reach our full production capability between August and December, which is about 3,000 SQM per month.

4.What are the type of windows and doors that you are good at?

Our expertise is about aluminum windows and doors. Such as, folding doors, sliding door, casement doors; casement windows,top hung windows,sliding windows, tilt and turn windows, single hung windows and folding windows.

5. what are the colors available?

Our regular colors are: white, black, grey, champagne,and three types of wood effect.You can also send us a color code. For quantity more than 100 SQM, we don't charge extra for customized colors.

6. Do all of you windows and doors come with hardware and glass?

Positive. For safe shipping reason, handles for casement windows/doors will be packed separately.They were installed onto the windows and then taken out after test run. If we didn't bring it up in particular, all the glass have already been installed into the frames.

7.Is mosquito net included in your quote?

Mosquito nets are optional for all of our products. We only include mosquito nets into our quotes when our customers specifically asked for them.

8.how do you pack the windows for shipping?

There are three types of packing for different situations:

A).For less than container load: plastic wrapping + solid wood crates. Most common one

B).For less than container load: plastic wrapping +plywood pallets. Fumigtion free

C).For full container load: foam wrapping only. Most economical choice.

9. How can we get better prices if we decided to work with your company?

Like any other companies, we offer better prices when one single order quantity is bigger. Also, if you could manage to proceed your orders at the first half of the year, between February and July, our prices will be be more favorable than the rest of the year. Because at this time of year, we usually don't get enough orders to keep the factory running in full capacity.

10. What kind of warranty do we get if we order from you?

Here are our practice:

For hardware: if any hardware is broken within 2 years, we replace them at our cost, including courier; Between 3 years and 5 years, we offer the replacement for free based on freight collect; for more than 5 years, we offer discouted prices for the replacement.

For profiles: we got 20 years warranty from our profiles suppliers.If there were any serious deforming, we will replace the whole window or door at our cost, including ocean shipping.

For glass: if any glass were broken when you receive our shipment, we will replace them at our cost, including ocean shipping. We don't have any furhter warranty after that.

11. What is your regular delivery time?

Usually, for a 40ft container load, it is 40 days; For a 20ft container, 35 days; for less than container load, 30 days. A specific color code would take longer. We will specify delivery time based on each project.

12. What are your payment terms? How can I get a credit?

Most of the time, it is T/T in advance. Specifically, 50% deposit and balance before shipment.

For frequent customers who already ordered from us more than 1 million USD, we offer a credit of 100,000 USD. Within this amount,we settle it at the end of each year. More than that, we stick to the regular practice.
