E). key features: wind resistant friction design. With this particular friction, the opening panel will not be smashed by sudden strong wind. Here is how it works: when it is fully open, you cannot close the glazed panel by simply pulling the handle, just like how strong wind does from outside, pushing the glazed panel. You have to push a little bit further and then pull it back. This is something only people can do, wind cannot, which makes it safe from sudden strong window.
